PaperPrint reserves the right to amend terms and condition any time, with or without prior notice to customers. As a PaperPrint Member, it is your responsibility to know and periodically update yourself and fully understand the terms and conditions.

1)  Membership

1.1 Applicant must be aged 18 and above. However, approval of membership subject to discretion of the management and PaperPrint has the right to decline or to terminate a Member as its discretion without prejudice.

1.2 Individuals who wish to join PaperPrint as a Member must first complete the online registration form and entitled to only 1 online member account. After registration, member needs to reload the minimum amount of RM10 in order to activate the account.

1.3 If member is a GST Registration person, member shall responsible in providing GST details with all accurate information for GST documentation purposes.

1.4 Members may terminate their membership at any time, and the balance in their account will be refunded within 10working days. Refund amounting RM10 or less will not be made.

1.5 For those who wish to rejoin PaperPrint will have to register again and ensure minimum of RM10 in the account.


2)  Ordering / Operations

2.1 All printing products will be solely undertaken by PaperPrint or its appointed vendor.

2.2 PaperPrint members are solely responsible for their customer for any transaction and payment collection.

2.3 PaperPrint reserves the right to reject any order that does not comply with the standard product specifications set by PaperPrint.

2.4 Once you submitted an order to PaperPrint, it is considered a purchase. Once an order is in the process stage (i.e ‘Printing’, ‘Delivery’)

2.5 If member is required to amend and resend artwork file, member must do within 30days after ‘pending or error’ notice is given by PaperPrint. Otherwise, the order will be considered as void and order amount will be credited to member’s account.

2.6 PaperPrint member are required to have adequate funds in their account to make an order.

2.7 PaperPrint shall take legal action to prosecute any member whom we suspect of making fraud deposits/payment to us.  Membership shall terminate with immediate effect and blacklisted from further use of our services.


3) Payment / Depositing (Reload) Cash  Advance

3.1 As PaperPrint uses a prepaid system, orders will be debited from member’s cash advance. Member must upload payment proof (ie. Bank slip, receipt, statement, photo of receipt) in jpeg /pdf format via your account webpage or email to us. All deposited amount shall be tally to top-up amount that member has indicated in Reload page.

3.2 Registration Payment/Reload Top up methods:

(i) Cash bank in to Colorplan Concept Services and deposited into PaperPrint bank account at

Public Bank –

(ii) Cheque made payable to COLORPLAN CONCEPT SERVICES and deposited to Public Bank –

(iii) Interbank transfer to PaperPrint Public Bank account.

(iv) Credit Card – visit our store/office for transaction

3.3 Activation of a PaperPrint member account is subject to PaperPrint management approval and successful clearance of cheque or cash deposit or fund transfer verification by the bank.

3.4 Minimum cash advance reload (top-up) – RM10

3.5 All transaction shall be in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) currency.

3.6 PaperPrint does not provide a receipt for your Cash Advance Reload (Top-up), you can print a Reload slip from your account web page.

3.7 Inactive account for more than 1 year from the last transaction:

- Member’s account balance RM9.99 and below will be forfeited automatically.

3.8 PaperPrint member account with RM10 and above is refundable upon termination of membership by either party. As proof, all requests for termination of membership by either party must be in writing.


4)  Pricing/Delivery

4.1 All prices shown on our Website are INCLUSIVE of GST

4.2 There is no surcharge for standard delivery

4.3 Exact reprints will be charged with -10% deduction of the original price.

 4.4 Services, products and pricing subject to change from time to time.

4.5 All goods are delivered to PaperPrint members by appointed courier company. For special arrangement, members are required to write or call us with their enquiry.

4.6 PaperPrint will not liase with any customer on Member’s behalf.

4.7 Delivery charges differ between West Malaysia, East Malaysia, Singapore and other countries. For East Malaysia, Singapore and other country, please call/email to us for exact courier fee.

4.8 Delivery date, courier company with tracking numbers shown in the status web page. Tracking of goods can be done directly with the appointed courier services.

4.9 Estimate production duration: 3-10 working days depending on job load, material availability and quantity ordered. Completed products will dispatch out on the next working day.


5)  Artwork File Preparation / Transfer

5.1 All artworks must be sent to PaperPrint through website/email or walk in to office.

5.2 Due to different colour displays on various monitors, printed colour of end product may differ from what appears on screen. Therefore, PaperPrint will not responsible for color discrepencies in the end product.

5.3 It is a known fact within the printing industry that 100% process color accuracy is not presently possible with the current print technology. Therefore, even if a printing company were to employ highly experienced personnel including the latest press technology, the outcome of colour of the printed product will always differ from the original artwork.

5.4 PaperPrint cannot be held liable for any consequences in the event an artwork goes undetected, error listed as below:

* missing font

* missing linked file

* align to pixel grid

* total ink coverage of CMYK over 250%

* Pantone color /spot color

* image resolution less than 300dpi

* font less than 4pts

* less than 10% different for toning effect

*software or version incompatibilities or bugs

5.5 No changes can be made to the artwork once the order in process stage.

5.6 PaperPrint’s member required to resend artwork for every repeat order.

5.7 PaperPrint will not print jobs that contain offensive literature or images.

5.8 PaperPrint cannot held liable for colour variations between jobs printed in different batched at different ordering periods.


6) General Expectation on printing outcome

6.1 Tolerance of cutting edge (+- 1.0mm)

6.2 Tolerance of die cut (+- 2.0mm)

6.3 Tolerance of folding (+-1.0mm)

6.4 Tolerance of spot UV registration (+-0.25mm)

6.5 Tolerance of hot stamping registration (+- 1.0mm) for all products and (+-1.5mm) for money packets.

6.6 For products with thin paper material such as money packet, using art paper or simile with hot stamping finishing, stamping pressure may leave a stamping mark behind. PaperPrint member shall notice the risk and PaperPrint is not responsible for the stamping mark behind.


7) Product refund/reprint

7.1 If PaperPrint member is not satisfied with any product, please lodge a complaint within 7 days from goods received date. Any defected goods must be returned to xprint within 7 days after complaint lodged.

 Please include picture and reason for dissatisfaction. If PaperPrint have not received their order within the specified delivery time, please contact PaperPrint Customer Service not later than 3 working days from the date of the specified delivery time. PaperPrint Customer Service department will try to review XPRINT DEALER complaint and work with you to meet your expectations.

 PLEASE NOTE: PaperPrint will only reprint the print job that fails to meet the conditions under the General Expectation on Printing Outcome (clause #6). However, XPRINT is not responsible for typing, image, or design errors introduced by customer in the artwork/document creation process. In an effort to keep costs down and pass those savings along to our customers, PaperPrint does not review artwork/documents for content or spelling. In no way shall either PaperPrint or its subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders or employees be liable for any special incidents, indirect or consequential damages, mistakes or rejects of any kind whether or not the party has been advised of the possibility of such damages or rejects arising out of or related to an PaperPrint member’s action(s).


8) Intellectual Property Rights

The names, text, images and logo identifying PaperPrint and their products/services are subject to copyright, design rights, and trademarks of the PaperPrint (colorplan concept services). If PaperPrint suspects a member has violated this condition, the management reserves the right to terminate his/her member’s service account and demand the return of all materials and information pertaining to PaperPrint.  Colorplan Concept Services also reserves the right to take legal action against any member who misuses any trademark, logo or copyrights of PaperPrint or Colorplan Concept Services.


9) Privacy Policy

9.1 All personal collected for the following purposes:

- to communicate with you;

- to inform you of our products and services;

- to respond to your queries;

- to send promotional material;

-for any other purposes that is required or permitted by any law, regulations, guidelines and/or regulatory authorities.

9.2 Security – Access to your account data is password protected.
